Well, I have debated whether or not to even mention this because I have interviewed for Ag positions so many times in years past to just be shot down it seems. And, each and every time I get my hopes up, even though I say I am not going to. This is a position were I would be working as the secondary Ag teacher under a very experienced Ag teacher. He was teaching when I was in high school and I know him from then. Anyway, I applied late Friday night on line and he called me today for an interview at 9 a.m. tomorrow. Now, that is quick turn-around! So, please say a little prayer for me because I would L-O-V-E to finally be in a position teaching what I really have wanted to do since high school. I will keep you posted with the outcome, he told me he is interviewing several people. So, we'll see!
Lance did not get the position he had interviewed for that would allow him to be home with us each day. They did not hire him because his brother-in-law worked for the company, and even though he is leaving the company, that's the position they are replacing, Lance would have to be supervised by B-I-L when at a certain facility working, so they didn't want to hire him. Which is retarded, but whatever! So, Lance is still LOOKING!!! The job market is REALLY bad right now.
Kaden set in his highchair for the first time this week to eat his dinner of rice cereal. He seems to enjoy it, and he looks like such a big boy! I can't believe how fast my little baby is growing into a B-I-G baby.

Yes, our dogs still live in this house and mommy is starting to have a little more time for the girls. While at Wal-Mart the other night I had to indulge in this dress for Sadie girl, it was on clearance for $3, and she looks precious in it! Yes, I bought a dress for my dog! :)

Sadie's dress says, 'Little Bit Country.'
Lance & I have kind-of had this joke going on for a while now. I told Lance when he had to go back to work after being home the first three weeks with us after Kaden was born that Kaden and he talked on the phone so much that Kaden was going to call him telephone man. So, Kaden's J.J. (Lance's Mom) says that Kaden will probably be the first Kindergartner with a cell phone to talk to his daddy. Well, Lance found a toy cell phone at the grocery store the other day. Here's Kaden with his cell phone talking to telephone man! ha!

And, here he is with his teething ring...
