I am only a month late getting this post made! I am trying really hard to “catch up” on my blog, so you may see a lot of posts this week.
My beautiful inside and out step sister, Tonya, was married on March 10 in their home near Austin, Texas. Lance, Kaden, my Mom, and I all loaded up and headed down for the celebration.
This is Tonya with her Mom before the ceremony.
The ceremony was small and private and so beautiful.
I loved that I got to share this special moment with Tonya, Aaron and Lewis. What a beautiful wedding at home!
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Gordon!
Then, the super FUN Gender Reveal Party!
This special cake was either going to be blue or pink in the middle! None of us could wait to find out which it was. But, Tonya and I both were pulling for a GIRL for her!
And, it was BLUE! A BOY!!!
This is Momma and Daddy seeing their IT’s A Boy Sonogram Picture for the first time!
So, we officially have a Team PINK and Team BLUE!!!
I am so happy for Tonya and her family and her new beginnings.
While we were there we got a few family shots…
Kaden, black eye and all… This is his second black eye from falling. He had one for his first birthday party, and then one now at three years old.
I was 21 weeks pregnant in these pictures.
This little boy loves his ‘baby’ growing in Mommy’s belly. He is always hugging and kissing the baby. So sweet!
As you can see, it was a GREAT day!

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. –1 Corinthians 13:5-8

24 Weeks!
We are 24 weeks pregnant today with baby girl, and we are so thankful. I wanted to share these pictures from last night really quick because they crack me up. I asked Lance to take my picture last night because we had not taken any since like 19/20 weeks. Kaden had to be involved in the picture taking as well. He already had his pull-up on and ready for bed, he is fully potty trained, and has been for 9 months, but he sleeps in a pull up at night.
I feel like this top makes me look like a tent! My mom bought me this, it’s really cute, I’m sure I’ll grow into in.
Look at this boy! I love him to pieces!
Showing off his tummy like Mommy!
This little boy is going to be the BEST big brother! Everyday he asks me, “Mommy, is your baby growing?” As soon as he gets home or walks in the door from being away from me for a few hours he immediately hugs my belly and lifts my shirt and kisses baby. He is so sweet about the baby. He has wanted a baby sister all along, he is so sweet with baby girls. I can’t wait to see how he takes care of his baby sister.
Baby girl is growing and so is Mommy at a rapid pace!!!
We are so thankful for this 24th week of pregnancy.

Bows, Ruffles, and PINK!!!
Kaden is THRILLED! He wanted a baby sister all along. He lovingly says that her name will be Harry Potter. She, of course, will not have that name, but he may call her that!
Here's a picture of me at 19 weeks pregnant with baby girl. This is taken the night we found out she was a sister!
Speaking of PINK, I got to have lunch with my best friend, Hilary, on my birthday. Which was the day before our sonogram. Hilary brought me a pink onesie as a gift! I think it is so neat how everyone thought it was a girl, and it actually turned out to be a baby girl. Everyone is so excited.
Just so you know, baby girl, everyone thinks you will have red hair just like your Momma. (We will see! But, I hope so too!) Or like Kaden! I think we would be surprised if you were not red headed after Kaden. I love me some red headed babies, so cute!
Also, baby girl, I have been craving and eating almost every day for two weeks now something with sliced jalapenos on it. So weird, because I do not ever eat them or like them even. I love them now. I've been having nachos, hamburgers, etc. all with jalapeno slices. LOVE them! I think you'll like Mexican food.
At your sonogram on Thursday, February 23, 2012, you weighed 9 ounces. You are really starting to grow this week. Mommy is having stretching and growing pains, as well as increased lower back pain. Getting hard already to get my tennis shoes on in the mornings. I can't wait to meet you sweet girl!
This is your silly big brother, Kaden...
He went to a livestock show with Daddy and I and observed his big cousins showing their lambs. So guess what he did all on his own when he got home? He showed a lamb for us! What a funny and silly boy!
Kaden, you make us laugh so hard these days. Your a HOOT! Mommy and Daddy love you so!

Pregnant Sisters
***I fixed Kaden's third birthday post, it was messed up pretty good, go view it again here. Not sure what the deal was with the pictures! It is fixed now.
My sister Tonya and her family were able to come to our house last weekend for Kaden's birthday. I am so thankful to have her in Texas again! I love spending these special times together. We missed way to much the last several years, and now we are making up for it. Tonya helped me get everything ready for the party, I am so thankful and we had so much fun just hanging out.
My Mom wanted to take some pictures of her two pregnant daughters. We are a week apart! Both July due dates. It's gonna be so fun! Tonya was 17 weeks in these pictures, I was 16. These are so fun!

I can't wait to do more shots at about 30 weeks together!!! We are both so excited about our babies to come, and both are pulling for girls. We will know this month, boy or girl, for both of us. So excited to know. What are the odds that we both have a girl?
This is my Mom with both of us.

I am so thankful to have my Granny to celebrate with us these new babies. This is my Granny with both of us and her great, grandbabies on the way!

I can not describe in words the love in my heart for my Granny.

Tonya and Granny

Granny and the Great Grands...

Please remember my sweet Granny in prayer this week as we all face the death of my Uncle Teddy, her baby boy. Also, please remember my Aunt Connie with loosing her husband of 37 years, and my cousins as they grieve the loss of their Daddy, and the children, as they grieve the loss of their Papa. And, my Mom as she lost her baby brother. And all the rest of us who lost a wonderful uncle and friend.
