Punkin Pie

Lance & I call Kaden, Punkin' Pie, like it or not, we do. And, we happen to love it. I joke that someone will one day ask him what his name is and he will say, "Punkin Pie" Ha!

Friday Night Highlights

Boy oh Boy has it been a while! What have we been up to that kept me tooooo...busy to post pictures of my little cute Kaden?

Well here goes:

We've been throughing fits: (just occassionally, but boy, when he does it, he does it right)



Which leads to this: (Oh, Yeah, Nana your SWEET Kaden does do this!)

That same baby that was just throughing a fit can be REALLY happy to, seconds apart!





We have been eating lots and lots of Stage 2 baby food! He LOVES it all, I haven't found anything this kid won't eat! In this next picture he is laughing at his Great Granny (My Granny Fisher) He LOVES her, and thinks she is so funny!

We've been trying on and wearing lots of cute clothes. Kaden is wearing some 12 month, (most are too small) and 18 and some 24 month clothes now, CRAZY for an 8 month old!





We heart footed pajamas and would like for it to get cold so he can sleep in them...








Kaden is CRAWLING all over the HOUSE! He can go anywhere he wants and get into everything he wants as well. Our days of putting him on a pallet to play and expecting him to stay there are now over. It is a GREAT adventure and he has us laughing like crazy these days. He also waves bye-bye and it just melts your heart. He's a sweetie!

I have been going crazy the last couple of weeks, I am just SO tired from work! It seems I never get caught up at home with things and I feel like I do not get enough time in with Kaden or the hubby.

Gig em AGGIES and more...

What are ya'll up to tonight? Kaden & I are home, in the rain, watching the AGGIES play at Cowboy Stadium.



We are keeping our aggie spirit, even though right now the Hogs are whoopin' up on Texas A & M. It's half-time! I just LOVE fall for the weather and college football. Aggie football just brings back so many happy memories of my college days in College Station, TX. Oh, how I MISS those days!!! I haven't been to an aggie football game since 2002! And, I hate to admit that, I WANNA go to a game! Maybe next year we can take Kaden to his first Aggie football game! Tonight though, Kaden is just to worn out to do much whoopin' and yelling...




He's not as excited about Aggie football as I am! Ha!


What else am I up to? Painting my TOENAILS! Something that never happens now because I never have time/make time. It just makes me feel like a girl again to have freshly painted toenails. Isn't it funny how the little things can make you feel better about yourself?

I worked for SEVEN hours today on these:






They are for Hilary's bridal shower next Sunday, they are now living in my freezers for the week. They definitely look home-made, not the look I was hoping for, but oh well! I'm definitely never going to be a pastry chef!

We seemed to have skipped right over 12 month clothes and will be going from 9-12 month to 18 month clothes! Kaden Angus turns 8 months old tomorrow!


*************************************************************************************STACY UPDATE- I got to talk to her on the phone this morning! She sounded GREAT! She got moved to a new hospital were they have a better re-hab and maternity departments. She thinks she may get to go home in about a week! Please continue to pray for her and the baby.
